WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship same day if placed before 2 p.m. EST. All orders ship within 24 hours unless product listed shows “not currently in stock or coming soon” on the web site.

HOW LONG IS MY WARRANTY AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
Travel Bags, Coolers & Accessories
Travel Bags, Coolers and most accessories carry a 1 year limited warranty from the original purchase date. During the 1 year warranty period CaddyDaddy will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered under the 1 year warranty. All returns will only be accepted with valid RA #. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer if a product needs to be returned to CaddyDaddy for inspection.

Gloves
CaddyDaddy Golf Gloves are warranted against material defects and/or workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is only permitted with original receipt of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered under the 60 day warranty

HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided with your order. If there is a problem with the email address you provided please submit a contact form.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We offer expedited (2-3 day) and standard which includes first class, fedex smart post and carrier assigned ground shipments. If you have a special circumstance that requires immediate attention please call or submit a contact form.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM EMBROIDERY OR SILK SCREENING ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
YES! We do custom logo work on nearly all of our products. If you have questions about pricing or quantity discounts please call or submit a contact form and we will reply same or next business day

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR CUSTOM LOGO CORPORATE LOGOS?
Generally approved artwork orders can be completed within 5-7 business days. More time may be needed based on quantity or logo design.

CAN RUSH ORDERS BE PLACED FOR CUSTOM LOGO WORK?
Yes! We will do everything we can to accommodate your last minute needs for tradeshows or tournaments. Additional charges may apply.
